Christie Versagli is the author of the THRIVE Program and serves as the Founder and Executive Director of THRIVE Institute, a company dedicated to the growth and dissemination of engaging and effective well-being education materials. Christie has a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling summa cum laude from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Trinity College. She served as the Director of Web Development for the World Well-Being Project at the University of Pennsylvania Positive Psychology Center. Christie also worked as a college counselor at the Franklin & Marshall College and Ursinus College Counseling Centers and taught the THRIVE program at both Hopkins and F&M. Prior, Christie served as an Account Manager at Boston-based advertising agency Arnold Worldwide producing global wellness marketing and philanthropic campaigns for New Balance. By invitation from industry leaders, she completed the American Association of Advertising Agencies' (4A's) Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies (IAAS) program to equip professionals to produce large-scale, engaging and effective communications campaigns. Christie is dedicated to the design and dissemination of effective, contemporary health and wellness solutions to significantly improve individual and collective well-being.
