Meet the Author

Christie Versagli is the author of the THRIVE Program and serves as the founder and director of THRIVE Institute, a company dedicated to the growth and dissemination of engaging well-being education materials. Christie has a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling summa cum laude from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Trinity College. She has taught the THRIVE program at Johns Hopkins University for two years and is a practicing therapist outside of Philadelphia. Christie served as the Director of Web Development for the World Well-Being Project at the University of Pennsylvania Positive Psychology Center, and she was a college counselor at the Franklin & Marshall College and Ursinus College Counseling Centers. Prior, Christie served as an Account Manager at Boston-based advertising agency Arnold Worldwide producing global wellness campaigns for New Balance. By invitation from communications and marketing industry leaders, she completed the American Association of Advertising Agencies' (4A's) Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies (IAAS) program. Christie is dedicated to the design and dissemination of effective, contemporary health and wellness solutions to significantly improve individual and collective well-being.
