Write a letter of gratitude to a person who did something for you or said something to you that changed your life for the better - someone whom you never properly thanked. The letter should be specific about what the person did for you and how it affected your life. Let the person know where you are now and what you're doing now, and mention how you often remember what he or she did for you. Read the letter to the individual in person. Call to schedule a time to meet together to read the letter to him or her in person. read the letter over video call if you must. It's important to see the person's face while or after you read the letter. Notice his or her reactions as well as your own. After doing this exercise, write a reflection on your experience in the space provided stating (1) how you felt before the activity, (2) how the person responded, and (3) how you felt after the experience.
