To order the THRIVE workbook in bulk at a discount, determine the total cost estimate of your order using the discounted pricing tiers below, and then place an order by submitting the order form below. Once your order has been received, the order will be sent to the printer to confirm final pricing and delivery time based on the number of books requested and the shipping destination. Within 3 business days of your order form submission, you will receive an email confirming the expected delivery time and final price of your books, as well as instructions for payment. Once your payment is received, your order will be confirmed with the printer, and you will receive a final email indicating that your books have been shipped with a tracking number. 

 

Please allow at least 5 business days for processing and printing after payment is received prior to shipping.

• Fulfillment Fee (for order quantities under 18 books): $4.00 for first copy + $0.20 each additional copy.

• Sales Tax: Philadelphia buyers: Add 8% sales tax. Other Pennsylvania buyers: Add 6% sales tax. All buyers outside of Pennsylvania shall be responsible for any and all applicable taxes or fees associated with or pertaining to this purchase, such as the payment of use tax. To remove the sales tax from your purchase price, please email your tax exemption certificate to info@discoverhowtothrive.com.
