To download and use the THRIVE curriculum materials to run the THRIVE Program at your institution or organization, you must purchase a license.

- the online THRIVE Program Consent Form
- the online THRIVE Program Feedback Form
The curriculum license is valued at $5,000.
A 6% sales tax ($300) has been added to the purchase price for buyers within the state of Pennsylvania outside of Philadelphia. If you are located within Philadelphia city limits, please return to the store page and click the "Philadelphia Buyers" option. If you have tax-exempt status or are located outside of the state of Pennsylvania, please return to the store page and click the "Other Buyers" option.
The purchase price also includes credit card processing fees ($159). Contact us for alterative payment method options that do not include this fee (such as a mailed check) .

Duplication, distribution, or modification of this product as a whole or in part is strictly prohibited. Upon purchasing a license to use this product, you agree that neither you nor any member of your organization will copy, edit, share, email, or distribute in any way this product in part or as a whole. Violation of the license shall subject your organization to all remedies available at law and equity.
